Thinking of booking into inters or fast group on either of those dates subject to leathers being returned

Looks like that might be the best date for me cos I've still not got my leather back.

Do you know what sort of lap times you usually do?

Coincidentally (as I didn't see this thread till now), I've booked on the 22nd as it's on offer at 75 squids, so had to be done.

Novices though for me, but sure I'll see some of you fast bods between sessions!

Sounds like a nice little group of us! We should try to get our own pit together :D

We should be there around 6:45am

Staying at the Travelodge near Thetford (£36) so should be there at a decent time, although the Little Chef doesn't open until 7am apparently so would need record time for trashing an Olympic brekkie!

Sorry I missed this question, no idea on the new 300 track as it is my first time, the old track I was around 1 min 20.
It might have been a better choice to go novice as i havnt done a track day for a couple of years.

I would only go in novice if I was new to track days and riding fast. Inters is best place for you by the sound of it mate ;)

Right we're setting off around 5:30am  getting there for around 6:45am and hopefully that will be early enough to get a pit place for us three. If you see us on a black blade, Rossi rep r1 and blue/white k8 then wave us over if you've got some space if not see you there guys ;)

Great day out! So, so, so hot though. Had to have a cold bath when I got back just to drop the body core temp back down to something approaching normal.

Saw 4 (!!!) Black Blades there. Common as muck, can you believe it! Now I know how those Repsol boys feel. :p

Good to meet up with you, Navvy - top bloke. Shame I didn't see LCR or Shameless but the time between sessions just flew by today, once the obligatory drink had to be bought post-season to cool down.

    Was super hot wasn't it!!

Nice to meet you Moily :D

So pleased I made it back in one piece, other than an almost high side going for a sub 2:10 lap it was a pretty relaxed day. I was expecting the fast group to actually be fast but maybe it was an off day....

Yeah I had some unplanned agricultural excursions at Hamilton after overcooking it a couple of times  but apart from that really enjoyed it.

Looking forward to Brands in a couple of weeks, once I get some new boots on the old girl. Made a right mess of them yesterday but my mate's Diablos looked fine and he wasn't hanging around.
