Is there anyone with these rearsets that would like to take a photo for me. I need a photo of the gearlever and how it's mounted.
I got a pair seconh hand and think I'm missing soem bits…

how do you mount the gear lever? is there a cylinder between frame and lever? and does it mount where the original lever was??
I think I'm missing a silver color or cylinder ( whatever you want to call it ) that goes behind the gearlever and bolts onto the frame aswell…..
It bloody well pi$$es me off when people sell something and put up a tiny piss picture and say what you see is what you get…… put that it's not complete you bl00dy twat…. rant over :d
    thanks

if you look at shot 3 and 4, is there a cylinder behind the mounting point for the gearlever?? must be as mine comes onto the frame otherwise….

All I got delivered was the gear lever, I think theres something that goes on the front side i front of the washer between the bolt and the lever and then on the back of it, where the bolt bolts into is missing I think :-(

I hate it when someone sells something ( and it's a shop as well selling demo parts) and doesn't state it's not complete

Yes, a big ass silver thing to space it over the frame. Here are some pics of my 2004-2007 ones, very similar.

Just email Gillies Skippy, you may well find for the sake of reputation they may well send out FOC or at least at cost price.

I've left it with yorkshiregooner at the moment as I was at his yesterdays an dhe has a box full of gilles spare parts, so hopefully he'll come up with something for me….. if not I might try a mail to gilles…
Picked up my bike yesterday and wanted to start on it today, and from the 6 or 7 mods I wanted to do 2 of them ( the best 2 ) weren't complete of wrongly delivered… Someone sent me the wrong backplate for my HM dash as the 08 connector is different to the 12/13 connector, and the the gilles rearset, which also means I can't test the HM QS :(….. on the bright side I might have picked up a GP2 can ;-)
