Bloody hell it was pandemonium in Leicester Squire this evening, seems the roof had come down at the Apollo Theatre. We were dining at Fish Works in Swallow Street, just down the road and I was joking with Jimbo by text on the connotation of the road name and us having Oysters. It wasn’t until we walked up to Leicester Squire to get the tube we realised something serious was happening. Somehow my joking text doesn’t seem very funny now. The poor buggers, and just before Christmas.
Just seen this. Looks a real mess, very surprised that no one was killed. And 72 injured seems a lucky escape tbh!
Could of been a lot worse considering what could of happened! It will prob be their best Christmas ever considering what they went through
