having previously owned a ktm 625 supermoto ( single cylinder) and missing the grin factor that comes with supermotos, i've been on the look out for a Ducati hypermotard 796, these seem to become very scarce on the ground once the summer arrives however my eye has been caught by a 13 plate Aprillia Dursodurro (twin cylinder) thats for sale locally

Has anyone owned, ridden or have any input on them, i've obviously googled and come up with one or two thoughts but would appreciate some first hand advice if possible ...ta

i road tested one after i had tested the hyperstrada 821 , the aprillia was very slow compared to that and got a speed weave on when pushed.
i bought the hyperstrada, which has been a brilliant hooligan bike and toured scotland comfortably too. It might seem expensive compared to the earlier hypermotard but the service intervals and belt change mileages have more than doubled .

Never rode with of those, however I do like the look of the Dorsoduro.

that's the end of that idea then ..thanks for the input fellas, hypermotard 821 is a little to expensive, my old KTM had reliability issues so I'm reluctant to go down that route...guess i'll have to wait til a half decent 796 comes up
