    Look at the top of the page just below the 1000rr banner, you should have Forum, Media, Experience, What's new and then Arcade.
    The heading is still there but it's says it's been disabled or similar when you click on it!

    There has been a bulletin to site Admins that the arcade system is possibly open to hacks so until they fix it I have disabled it. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
