I've got 2 one piece suits.

Arlen-ness which has crashed really well several times (repaired once) with standard armour.
Rich which is my team race suit that luckily has been down (yet) with standard armour.

I also wear a Knox track vest and chest protector.

First make sure it fits well. what ever you get. I have the uprated Armour on my made to measure BKS suit. Not had to try it out. But also use a Dainese Paraschiena Wave back protctor and never go out without it. I also have a Dainses chest protector for track days.

Also worth making sure your getting a good quality armour and that's not fake

You can't go wrong with forcefield body armour, but as mentioned already it has to be right size and fit properly.

I have a Knox back protector and after a recent crash I can say it held up very well. Landed on my back at high speeds and walked away. Obviously lucky was involved but sill, I wouldn’t go out without one. The Knox back protector fits well and it is lightweight. My brother has a Forcefield back and chest protector (it’s like a one piece thing) this offers very good protection. He does say he gets quite hot on the roads but on track it would make sense as the level of protection is very good.

Whatever you choose make sure you get the correct size as if you don’t it will ride up your back and push your leathers onto the back of your helmet, not good. Once you try one of these back protectors you will never ride without one, they really are good.
