I've just bought myself from a Arrow GP2

Got a very good deal from the states including a contribution to the import tax!!

I like how the exhaust sits slightly higher, gonna have a look and see what i can do for an infill panel .. not paying a fortune for one!!

    Oh dear!!

Is the DB killer gonna be a good investment??

I've seen other saying with the DB killer in it measures 103db for track days

If your in a area when cops often pull bikes then the db killer is a must. even with the db killer it still sounds great

I'm gonna try and make something myself, have a few contacts that may be able to help me with something .. cardboard template, maybe aluminium, maybe glassfibre, we shall see what happens .. I may end up running without for a wee while then buying one because i never seem to have as much time as i think i should!!

It's only £35 quid so i may just have to ... Does it still sound loud with the DB Killer in?? Might be an exhaust coming up on ebay if it's that bad!! LOL

Yes mate I would invest in it. Not only for for police and your neighbours. The other reason you will (like my mate) hate how loud it is after 20 miles and want to stop riding!

I had a race fit growler on my old zx10r and with our the baffle in it was like thy arrow just far far to loud!

Have to say though I like how your going for a different look to the Yoshi, akra or LEO that most of us have on here!

i originally want a motogp style just poking out from the fairing .... but when i saw that sat up slightly higher (but not as high as other bikes stock exhausts stock exhaust) i loved it ....

I have an HD Camcorder, gonna do a full throttle run and get a video with the bike coming towards and going away from the camera with the stock exhaust, the arrow and with DB killer ... well that's my plan ... i may just get to excited and throw the exhaust on when it's raining and forget the stock run!!

Had quite a few race cans ,nothing over the top all quality stuff but as said before i have but the baffle in my R77 just because i am bored with all the mither and bullshit .Look at it this way ,Why would you want to be razzing about with full blown Gp noise through your favorite villages and runs ,no body inc most bikers think it sounds good you can't really hear it yourself due to either wind or in my case ear plugs so there is no point, all you will do is piss everybody off until they spring a trap for you and then you are back to square one. Were i walk my dog there are some factory units and if i make it around 5 pm there is a greaseball who comes out on some type of home made piece of crap with the matt black pisspot lid and skull scarf over the face i have no great issue with that or the bike because thats his thing only trouble is its the loudest exhaust ever and it does sound really shit and you can hear the sucker for miles and so could the rozzers ,So Enjoy your bike but think about others and remember a quiet bike is a fast bike.

Its not over the top loud with the db killer but it still sounds very nice. as giv said with the db killer out it is just too loud and will get you pulled at some point.

    Still looks great though

Got the same exhaust on my trackbike 105 just on the noise test (with baffle) without near 110 l think.
I ve even modified the baffle to get it to 105.
Trackday at Oulton last year had to wrap it in wire wool to get 102 lol
To be honest when the bike was going it doesn't seem to noisy.
Don't agree with the quiet bike theory, other drivers don't always look out for bikes so the added noise may just save my life one day.

I've got a carbon fibre infill panel, will post you up a photo later on.
Have a look in my photo albums, I've got a photo of my bike with the infill panel fitted.
