Arrow vs Akrapovic

    Can anyone please advise on the pros and cons of an Arrow can and link pipe vs the equivalent Akrapovic?

    I've got the Arrow GP2 on my 09 blade. I'm unsure about the other styles of arrow cans but If your after sports race exhaust, look no further. It sounds great but if you ride without the baffle....ear buds are a must ha.

    A friend of mine has the Akropovic on his blade, sounds decent just more discreet.

    Pros loud sports race exhaust. Backfires on gear changes at high revs.

    Cons its loud haha.

    I have a slip on Arrow on my 07, when the bike was dyno’d the guy did comment on how LOUD that exhaust is :D

    Also has had a decat

    Had both. Love both haha. My 07 had the arrow and Akra. Sounded gorgeous, arrow a touch louder I thought. Currently my 09 has BSB can. Very loud..

    I have full Akra with HRC bigmouth intake and BMC filters, its a mad combination of sound, big induction sound from the front and a awesome sound at the back, love it.
