Assen MotoGP

    Theres a few of us thinking about going to Assen for the GP as I was to late to get suitable crossings for the IoM this year!!
    Can anyone recommend somewhere to stay near the circuit??

    Wherever.... Likelyhood is you won't know where it is you went to bed the night before, where you are meant to be staying or where you wake up the day after....

    It's brilliant!!! Best motogp I've been too.

    HAMMERTIME with a capital SLEDGE lol

    Camping de Ommekeer is where we camped last year and will do again this year. Nice, small campsite, cheap as chips and only a 15 minute stroll to the circuit.

    Or you could camp in Beirut....!

    You won't find a hotel now unless you have lots of money.

    We stayed in a posh centre parks about 20 minutes away.

    Can't wait for Assen, rode down to Mugello last year for Motogp and this year leaving Sunday morning, riding around Germany to get back up to Assen for the Thurs/Friday depending how the tour goes

    Roll on the 21st June !!!.

    We're off to Mugello next year probably from Calais - any suggestions on routes/stopovers/grandstands?

    Nearly time, assen here we come, tickets booked, blade all polished up, night in Amsterdam to see the sights

    Bring it on, can't wait! Ferry leaves Tuesday night for me. Weekend will be polish time, ready for the rain ahead!!!

    Calis to mugello great ride, will dig out route, take in b500 , it's a must. One of my best roads is Andorra to Barcelona, total buzz , too fast a road for me, lol
