Has anyone fitted a wideband sensor for one of these, thinking of fitting one but think I may need to weld an 18mm bung existing one being 12mm, any help appreciated.
Got one on my track bike. Bought the boss off eBay and a local welder sorted it for a few quid after taking the zorst to him.
Did you drill another hole for the new boss or drill out the old one only I'm trying to decide what option to take as I will be removing It and returning to stock as and when I sell It on.

drilled a new one and brazed boss on using a brazing rod and plumbers torch. Be very careful on position as the bottom fairing can easily foul the wires. Mine is on a yoshi r77 BTW, can post picts if you need. Bought a Pod-300 too to create a custom map.
You can get a threaded Boss with a smaller adapter so U can use both standard and wide band sensors. Had a Zietronix one fitted to my old Gen 4 ZX10R which came with the Woolich kit I had fitted. To revert to standard U just unscrew the Wideband sensor and then screw in the adapter then refit the smaller OEM sensor.
I been told that I need to check the thread sizes If I go down the adapter route, I know the original sensor Is metric but Having not received the autotune yet Im unsure about the wideband sensor.
Full size Wideband Sensor is generally a M18 x 1.5mm pitch thread. http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_o...sensor+.TRS0&_nkw=lambda+sensor+boss&_sacat=0
Accuse the unwashed state, but you get the idea. Kept the OEM in cos I couldn't be arsed to route it but to the harness. You do not have much room between the shock linkage and bottom fairing. In the end I had to cut a tiny bit of the plastic to stop it rubbing.
