    How do i add a little pic on my profile... in the little square to the left my avatar?

    click settings at the top rigt corner of the screen . on the settings page scroll down the column on there left to " Edfit Avatar "

    Just upload a pic of your choice , no need for hosting like posting a pic on the forums
