AVS Levers problem

Hi guys i fitted AVS levers and everythin went fine but the clutch lever had loads of slack with the clutch adjuster (upper) at the original setting so i wound it out till there was no play but now it's a work out using the clutch!.. I'm gonna end up with a forearm like popeye !!!.. Is this normal or do i have to adjust the lower adjuster?

I know some you's have the same levers so i will gratefull for any help

 

Mine's wound right out too, but I only need to pull it in a small amount with 1 finger. Dunno what you have though, cable or drybollick? Mines the latter so could be the difference?

no problems with mine.

 

Mine are fine too. Not got it wound right in though, so still have an inch or so's travel.

 

Should even things up in the forearm dept then unless you are left handed of course

 

Nice one i never thot of that! I am right handed but i usualy use the wife's right for those occasions Athough i could get her to use her left hand, a wee change of scenery for her, well you know what they say " a change is as good as a rest" so tiredness is no excuse now. SWEET!!!
