Is it that your bike isn't charging the battery when you run it, or is it draining the bike when stood?

If it's not charging then you should be able to check the running voltage, should be over 13 volts.
If it's draining when stood then stick an amp meter in line with the battery to see what the drain is and then disconnecting thinks, starting with the alarm.

1st disconnect the battery earth strap over night to be sure the battery is ok. Next I would disconnect the reg/rec overnight, a knackered diode will discharge the battery.

I would start with the datatool's they always cause problems.
disconnect the neg lead then put a meter between the lead and
the battery and see what is drawn out. with the ignition off the
leakage should be 2mA leakage, any more than that will be alarms etc.
