Yesterday was a cracking day, fingers crossed I can get out for a second day running. Not bad for the start of November!
Well the reality didn't match the forecasts. Thick mist all the way to Brecon and the Usk valley road was in parts slimy, muddy and covered in leaf-fall. ...and this is the first time I have been down there since they re-marked the road with mile-upon-mile of double white lines through the most entertaining stretches between Usk and Chepstow . Got caught behind a grockle who couldn't exceed 35mph even on the straight bits
I got out late morning but misty for most of the day, but it was 13' so not bad for November. Saw a few bikes out enjoying the mildish weather
