As per the title folks.. At 6' 2" i take a bit of origami to get out of the wind. Couple this with an x-spirit 2 and its just a bit of a racket when the speedo starts climbing.. Is everyone running the genuine Honda high screen or various different makes, Interested as to which are the best fit/quality or any recommendations. cheers in advance
I'm 6'2" as well dude, and the only thing that's gonna keep you out the wind is a Goldwing or something
Magical Racing DB with carbon surround.......expensive but worth it imo......have a look on their site
Had the Honda high screen which was ok but I'm about 5'11" tall Have now got the skidmarx John mcguiness screen which will be no problem for someone your height
appreciate the replies chaps.. Keep them coming, and in light of sps and his stealth bomber, a few pics wouldnt go a miss either!
Got a Skidmarx tinted McGuiness screen as going on your last year. Thought it was hand and kept some of the wind off me. Came back and left it on, done some high high speed journeys then put my Honda racing screen on. Wow, that's when I noticed the difference , even at a third lower high speed it seemed hard going. So the Mcguiness screen is excellent for wind deflection, sh t for you licence though.
whose are those screens sinewave? Cheers repsol paul.. is the screen sable for its size and construction? And... has anyone got any experience of ermax stuff? demon tweeks look like they're bringing it in now? Tom 68. how tall are you bud, and I presume you like the screen? I know its a bit subjective. but I'd like it if I only have to spend the money once! Cheers again chaps.
looks better than i thought! Bloody hell though, you need to ditch the luggage and buy a trailer! el-nicko was the touring blade king I thought, you may well have his crown there! Joking aside though, did you rate the kriega kit, I dont like having a bag on my back so that's next step on the shopping list!
5'10" ish jc, screen good quality, still have to tuck down at motorway speeds, but I don't find this much of a problem.
Yeah Kreiga stuffs great, takes a tadge longer to fit than the Ventura stuff but is far more flexible. I wouldn't use it though without a Renntec Sports Rack though which are about £75 Tyres in the above photo are Michelin Pilot Road 3's which were faultless but the PR4's are out now and pictured below and they are even better!
