Well, I've gone and booked a European date. Portimao on the 11th April. Gives me plenty of time to get her ready. Anyone done this circuit before?

Never done it but its on my to do list, along with alot of other tracks. Do you need to do much to the bike?

porto is a great track, very fast, undualting and scary, you come on to the start finish straight at about 100,power wheelie at around 120 onto the top tier, brilliant feeling when you get it right.track surface is starting to suffer a little in places due to having no money for upgrades/repairs,but generally it's very good, and very grippy, even in the wet.

One of the guys I'm going with informed me it's a really fast circuit. To be honest, I'm taking my bike off the road since I low sided it. It was an excuse to do the mods I want to do to it. All I'm gonna do is put some race fairings on it, some race patten rear sets and away I go. As you all know, blades handle awesome already and I'm nowhere near fast enough to require any others upgrades. Only reason I'm putting it on race patten is so I can change gear easier when cornering cos I have trouble with my toes scraping. I'm also gonna upgrade the brakes to sintered pads, put some braided lines on it and think that's pretty much it.

maybe a different m/c aswell, also get your suspension set up for you, even if your stil on stock stuff, will make a big difference on track.

well,my camera has GPS built in,and then you can import the info using something like dashware, and it sync's everything up,also gives you the options of how it looks, different style dash/info etc.it's pretty cool, just a bit time consuming hence not all my vids have it.
