You can make some extra space by removing the intake flapper gubbins, or by fitting a small lithium battery

It's not easy on the 2008-2013 blade especially with that kit you have. I have my dipped beam HID. However my kit has only the ballast and bulb and not that extra inline box yours has. I have my ultra slim ballast nicely fitted behind the plastic under neath the right headlight. I had a kit like yours before the one i have now and The only easy way is to remove te whole side fairing and try to squeeze it neatly in there but is tight. I think some have it mounted in the air intakes if you have done te flapper mod. Also to do the bulb neatly you will need a spare rear bulb cover. I have drilled mine and then you can snugly fit the grommet to make it nice and air tight.

Is there any guides to mounting in the air intake?
