What the quickest and easiest way to insert the securing bolt for the baffle on a shorty akrapovic without having to take it off each time I find it really tricky and fiddly to do it with the small gap between the can and the swing arm.
Often wondered about carefully drilling and re tapping on the outside and refitting bung............ as it a right pain in the arse !!!!!!!1
i use this tool with a allen key bit Blue Stubby Hex Bit Driver and Ratchet Spinner 1/4" Sq Dr & 1/4" Hex Dr | eBay or this tool Sealey AK6961 Bit Driver Ratchet Micro 6mm Stainless Steel - Bit Driver Set Ratc | eBay push a tiny piece of tissue in the allen bolt and insert the correct allen bit, that will make sure it dont fall out when you install the baffle bolt
But from the image the securing bolt is at the bottom on the akra the bolt goes through the side :/ so many to choose from lol
Most important thing is the diameter. You can always trim the length baffle to fit. Even if you just had the ring that would still reduce the noise
