What do you guys use for the blade ?

I normally use an Oxford Aquatex - £25, but they are absolutely crap and leak after a week or two or in heavy rain

I note Oxford do a Stormex one which looks a lot hardier ?

    cheers

nice one - can you quote the size aswell

Oxford do a stormex cover for £70 - claim its 100% waterproof, medium states its for Sports and Middleweights, the large Sports Tourers and Heavyweights, assuming the blade is a heavyweight lol !

** Actually it apparently fits over a VTR1000 in a medium - howz that bike in size to the blade ?

Next door has a proper lush one that actually has a fur type lining on the inside to stop scratches etc lol

I have the Stormex for a few years. cracking cover. keeps the bike dry. I use it when taking the bike to the caravan to see the wife and kids. For the garage I have a £25 indoor cover I got from Riders

R&G External All weather cover works well for me & no leaks. I go through 1 a year, as the material does degrade under UV exposure though.

I bought a large Motrax cocoon for mine, you drive onto the base and then zip the cover around.
I should have bought a medium as the large is well too large and then some!!!
