Bike Trailer

    Anyone recommend a good trailer ? (one that can break down for storage) and can convert into either single or two bike...... i ve seen a couple on the bay..... just wondered if anyone had got one they would vouch for ?? cheers

    Bikelug/motolug are generally the ones I'm pretty sure your referring too, I've read plenty about them and can say some is good yet some bad.

    Depends how many times you use it, main issue with them is after time the fit starts to loosen and they eventually start to get very rattly, it's bound to happen when it's metal rubbing metal after motorway mileage.

    Then again loads of people have em so can't be that bad

    Mines a trelgo with a bumpstop wheel chock bolted to it, must admit it's a right piss about getting through the side gate

    yeah i guessed that would happen...... rattle and clank after second time out, will have to look in more depth maybe not the foldaway type ??

    I had aBikelug for quite a few years and have to say I did'nt notice any clanks etc.......great bit of kit imo....only used about 4 or 5 times in a year so led a very easy life....sold it earlier this year as I do not have a tow bar on the tin can now. Really did pack away nice and tidy as SWIMBO was not going to stomach a solid trailer parked on the drive.
