Order placed and confirmed on the 30th December, everything was in stock, paid extra for 1st class delivery, got the despatched email on Monday, but still not delivered. Giving DT the benefit of doubt and assuming no one was in until the 2nd January it's still not a very good service. Very disappointing, every other time I have ordered anything in stock it's arrived Within a day or two. Pull your socks up DT.

Freedom did you order using Andy? Also I ordered stuff online but have also not received it but I expected that ordering this time of year. And what I ordered was not from DT. But if I was to order from DT i would have given Andy a call as I know I will get good service from him

Hi Remal - No, it was just a couple of low value items so I didn’t bother Andy for our discount, I was just a bit disappointed as I need one of the items quickly and it’s completely out of character for DT to take so long. All’s well that ends well.
