    could this not blow water into places its not meant to go too??

    I use a air compressor to blow off loose water at a distance. Like phantom says though you need to watch where you blow air. Last thing u want is to force water into bearings and the likes :(

    blasting air over your bike, isn't that what the throttle's for ;)

    I like it, mind I also use a compressor.

    My bike only gets wet when I wash it, then has a bit of drip dry, then remaining drips blown off on the straights

    I use a leather chamois cloth to lift the water from mine

    Never mind washing them. You get them dirty!

    Mines only got wet three times:
    1. On the way back form the Fireblade day at the Ace
    2. When it got washed after No 1
    3. When it got condensation on it parked in the garage.

    I use nothing to dry my bike. Works a treat. :)

    Ive started calling my bike "the Tractor" that gives you an idea of the state of it.
    wish this cruddy weather would sod off, you was it sunday, looks like you didnt bother after one trip to work on Monday :(
