Bloody compays are a pain

    not going to mention names but bought fork protectors and Carbon tail slider for the rear of the bike. from a Company (lets call them GR). On a drunken evening when I was brainless as per normal as I could have got them cheaper by going through DT and Andy Doh...


    Bought 3 weeks. ago. Credit card payment due this week and nothing!

    Gave them a bell,

    A yes sir the fork protectors are in but the tail slider will be mid July at best!!

    I had no email about anything other than thanks for your payment.

    Well I'm on my hols around that time so no point in me getting them then away and won't have them on the bike until Aug at best

    I'll have my money back.

    A phone call or email to the customer just to keep them in the loop would be a good idea :rolleyes:

    On the bright side I can get them cheaper I would have thought from DT :)

    My wife had the same about her tail tidy for her 600RR.
    Took 3 weeks to come. When she phoned them they said it was out of stock but "has just come in today and will be sent out tonight".
    Still took another 3 days to come. And they didn't have the courtesy to phone or email to tell her the reason for delay.
    The Honda place in Edinburgh is awaiting the tail tidy for my new blade and radiator guards for mine and the wife's bike.
    Picking the new one up tomorrow, so not pinning my hopes on those being on it.

    A few years ago when i had my 07 blade i ordered a pair of k&n filters from a well known engine tuner (not on this site) and there web showed them in stock. After 2 weeks of nothing i started to ring and said it was on a 4 week lead time. Not what the web said and funny enough everyday i phoned afterwards they were due the following day. i got them eventually but its tarnished my thoughts on what was a great company in the zx12r/ busa tuning world i used to be a customer of. a few updates were all that was needed.

    lets not same and shame to much as I have not ;) but I will say Andy on here from DT has been bloody good at keeping me updated on how my order is goin
