    BMW S1000RR Recall

    The only other bike I was really looking at other than the blade

    Seems they dropped a bollock :eek:

    That sounds nasty and I am surprised that a road going race bike is not covered by BMW if its ever been on track :eek:

    Isn't that a similar issue to the pre delivery Z10 callback?

    And we thought using a timble full of oil was an issue .

    It's a major issue. Phil Crowe blew his standard motor in his number 1 race bike at brands thundersport after next to no laps, then his number 2 bike, still in road trim, decided one of its rods would be better exiting the engine at a fair old kick whilst on the Dyno, que hole in the case, oil over red hot exhaust and a fire whilst on the Dyno. To say Phil is pissed is an understatement, BMW are trying there best to get him sorted for the NW200 but I'd be shitting mesen down the coast road at 200mph!!
