Bone......repaired!!

    Well a month following my quad off I went for my follow up appointment yesterday and after another few x-rays it appears that my humeral head........

    ......has repaired itself.

    I just need some physio to repair the muscle damage and get stuff moving again after a month of inactivity.

    The physio I had after my knee op looked like Sienna Miller and was forever pressing her body hard against mine in a familiar way, so fingers crossed for you Rich.




    Mind you, she'd be about 60 now

    takes a fecking long time to heal does bone. but hope your on the mend and back to normal asap

    After my last little "indiscretion". My doctors told me a year for the bone to be strong, 5 years for the tendons. I thought it was a joke. It wasn't.

    Funny, after nearly 14 years, I still find myself rotating my ankle, the way the physio told me to whenever I was relaxing. It became a proper habit.

    Bloody hell :eek::eek:

    Looks like I've got away with this all very lightly. Especially when you consider how bad it could've been.
