That looks a bit bad - was it a long slide ? (how fast ~). Did it wear through the inner boot ? I have the same boots - the are very comfortable but on the down-side, don't seem as tight fitting as other brands such as Sidi
in your opinion are these boots worth the retail price? Was this crash an exception that would of worn through any boot in your opinion?
it was a crash on track,wasn't overly quick (60-70?) foot got caught under bike for a bit of the slide hence the damage,burnt a hole in my foot where it went through.i'm convinced if i had my daytonas on,it wouldn't have happened due to being Roo leather,not the faux pvc shit.they are a great boot,fit,comfort wise,but this does show it's short falls,but tbh,the vast majority of boots would have done the same.in fact i have a vid of the crash....will get the link
