Brake Caliper Rebuild

    Whilst the bike is off the road waiting for some better weather i thought i'd strip/clean the calipers and replace the piston seals etc. Whats the general consensus with regards to lubricating the new seals, do you just use fresh brake fluid or go the red rubber grease route?

    I make sure everything is immaculately clean and rebuild with red brake grease.

    just to be different brake fluid on the inner seal red on the dust seal. If not stripping and just a good clean a careful application of silicon lube on the outers

    Oh I put red stuff everywhere then have a lil rub up an then they look nice anyway
