Anyone had issues with the front locking on in this cold weather. Every time i go it the garage the front wheels locked on. Frees eventually is it the damp as i get a slight rusty patch where the pads locked on .

Yep that will just be damp or wet conditions causing them to bind, just give them a clean with some brake cleaner and try and keep them free of moisture and you should be fine:D

Yeh they will be sintered pads so quite likely to be the case, also if your old pads are a little glazed it won't cause such a an issue.

Just took them apart. All the pads had rust on surface. Must of been from when I washed it a few weeks back. Sanded them clean 're fitted.
