Been looking at these for ages, decided its time to get one. Bit of research suggests that the hanger bracket WILL fit the 06/07 models with a little fettling. Anyone suggest a UK supplier that doesn't charge a fortune? found a couple of UK sites with the HPK caliper and mount for ~£600, but Europe and USA around the £500 mark.

Anyone fitted this to their 06/07? Hints / tips?

Would rather find the Nickel platted one rather than the HPK style if possible..

yes the very thing.. was weighing up the cost from Europe (with no import tax) vs US Ebay version with tax (and extended delivery date etc..

Any idea on the fitting as its stated everywhere its for >08, although I've found a few 06/07 with them on?

    06 07 and 08> aren't the same pieces.

I have the lower mount in my 12 with a Beringer caliper, all good !

    Great choice.

Buy a beringer caliper instead of brembo, better quality for less money... and a large choice of color.

Do rear Beringer fit with standard wheels foenix ? If so where do yo get bracket and Calipers from ? Also how much longer does the brake line need to be ?

    Any pics :)

Seems like the bracket need a little mod for the 06.. I'm not convinced its that big a job.

Any chance you could post a link to the bracket you ordered?

The FP Racing rear bracket works a treat on stock wheels and uses the stock brake for not a lot of money!

Is there any benefit to having the rear caliper under slung or is it just for looks?

Its supposed to offer better braking and easier wheel changes than the existing bracket. It does also look quite smart too!
