HID's but its a bit controversial. looking at putting projectors in mine, as driving at night on country lanes scares the sh*te out of me! I did buy one but it fell of the lorry on the way here. waiting for the post to cover the cost takes ages!!

was looking at this site to replace the ones that got lost.

I've got a HIDS4U kit on the dipped beam on my 07 and can't fault them (35W Slim 5000K).

I tried their H7R bulb for reflector headlights but it didn't seem to throw much light out, I think they may be more set up for car headlights. They swapped the bulb for a H7 no problem though.

H7 Slim Fit Xenon HID headlight conversion kit: HIDs 4U

If you ask before buying sometimes they'll even give you a 10% discount just for asking.

You got it through a mot with the kit on?

My old Bandit had a projector as standard and I never had issues getting through the mot when I upgraded to HID. but without projectors it tends to blind oncoming drivers? is this kit different?

I've never quite understood the rules about automatic levelling with HID and how it applies to bikes.

Turtle is the guy to ask, he's associated with VOSA.

If its just brighter lamps as a quick fix, SIDEWAYS will know the ins and outs, but I suspect he'll recommended Osram Nightbreakers, which reminds me, I was going to buy three for mine.

Yes mate, been through three MOT's now with the hid light with no issues. They actually commented on how much better the light was & that all bikes should come with them :)
