New chain and sprockets fitted. Set of the new Sportsmart 2 tyres on. Ran them in on Sunday and they feel good. A firmer ride than the old Sportsmart, may need to soften the suspension settings on the back a little. Roads were cold wet and greasy but the tyres were very confidence inspiring, as you'd expect from the Sportsmarts. Friday, my carbon swing arm and frame covers from Carbon 2 Race arrived and I spent most of Saturday fitting them. They are beautifully made and fitted well. Had to do some cutting with the dremel to accommodate various screw holes etc but they went on a treat. They took 4 days to arrive from Slovenia and are superb value for money. Just waiting for my new Drift Ghost "S" to arrive now. Many of the Drift retailers still seem to be waiting for stock. Hmmmmmmm!
