Random Cadwell question - at track day type speeds rather than BSB speeds, does anyone get air off the jump? Or does it just shit you up as it unweights the bike? Same thing at the Nurburgring - pretty bloody difficult to get air off the jump there too.
Seen a few, very few, get both wheels off on track days. One I know for certain was a Club Racer. Hasten to add we aren't talking Josh Brookes air but we are talking it being visible to the naked eye and not just from photos etc. Thinking about it most I saw were on 600s/650s, don't know if the weight made a difference.
You're welcome to join us, but we'll all be in Inters buzzing round on pigs now that I've managed to get a new clutch in (first time I've ever done a clutch on a bike so it needs testing). Just need to raise the exhaust pipe as it's dragging on right handers. Struggling to find someone who can bend the pipe though.
How did the day go @Muffking ? did the weather hold? Was it just a CB500 day or did the blade get an airing
The day went really well. Had a ball in Inters, lots of overtaking and only a light shower for 10mins towards the end. The Blade did make an appearance in the afternoon though. I used it to pass all the litre bikes that held me up on the CB500 I'll get around to sifting through the videos at some point.
I may have neglected to mention that one of the CB500's went off at Park bend. This is the video he just sent me, excuse the low quality.
