Bought this book - coolcamping europe (second edition 2015) - that has a "hand-picked selection of exceptional campsites...." These can be fantastic settings and locations, rather than because they have **** toilet block and on site Pizza Hut ! Some of the sites are Glamping, but there are full details of what they are about. There is a "campsite locator" page at the front of the book so you can see what camps are in what area, then look them up in the book. It does not cover Scandinavia though, and the book is not an exhaustive guide - you can get other books in the series that just cover France, or Germany. But still there are 100 campsites listed across Western Europe. I have put quite a few into the Sat Nav, but put a little star next to each one so you know it is one of the special ones !
