Being a stone mason I weren't at the back of the que when shoulders were dished out.......so all I can see in my mirrors are leather shoulders, I've tried moving them around to no avail:rolleyes: I understand this is an inherent design fault experienced by a fair few.
So I was wondering if anyone was aware of an alternative system. A mate of mine has a Ducati 1198 and he got hold of a neat little system where the mirror stalks are removed and in there place a combined indicator and side light bubble sit tidily. You then just put whatever bar end mirror on you like.
Its simple, looks very good and solves the rear view problem.
Just wondered if any of you had come across this and weather they would fit on a blade.

Bar end mirrors can be got to fit the blade,
I'm near sure I have seen extended mirrors for the
Blade. If not there is plenty of custom mirror places
Out there, they just need the distance apart for the
Mounting bolts.I got some ages ago from the Netherlands
But can't remember what the site was called now.

You get dicked even more if U have a 12-13 Bike!

I complained about this last March on here as I have broad shoulders but I just couldn't bring me self to spend £75 on the off chance they work.

Would be good if someone has actually bought some and could give some feedback??

Thanks for the replies, TBH I would much rather do away with the stalk mirrors, partly asthetics but mostly storage issues.

Thats the idea but would like indicators and side lights where the stalk once attatched.
Where's ya lights........I still get dopy tourists pulling out from mountain laybys even with full beam on...........probably something to do with approaching at warp 9 still, dozy twats should hear it from 2 valleys away

It is strange that those mirror extenders from that company list two models that cover the blade from 8-11 and then 2012 onwards. The early versions are £58 and the later versions £75 but they are the same part!!!! even the part numbers are the same. The mirrors have not changed in design.

Ahh I have a set of super powerful scree LED lights that only take about 4 watts each
These things stab you in the eyes when you look at them
