    Hi everyone

I have purchased some nice carbon air vents for my 2014 model and was after some advice.

I'm going to gut every part of the standard vents out including the wiring, I'm led to believe there is an air tube that goes into the underside of the airbox? Once this is removed i am to block that hole? also will the disconnecting of the wiring throw up an engine management light?

I have searched already for this but wanted to double check :)

    Thanks peeps

hi simon. I still have standard ones but I pulled everything off and covered the holes for racing, get much better response from bike, if you leave hole open your loosing air
