The hardest part was taking the nearside front bolt out of the oem bellypan, as this had rusted and was just turning..it was a right faff to take it out. It fixes on a rubber gromit ala screen fixing, and had to be cut off. Luckily, Lee (thank god) had some spares in his tool box, and a new one was fitted. Be aware people! Right, the bellypan. The quality is fantastic, and this is also it's a achilles heel. It's very stiff and cannot be manipulated like the oem one, and one thing that anyone needs to be aware of, is the slots that the oem plastic tabs fit into. I ended up breaking one of the tabs off as i tried to force it into the hole..They need to be dremmeled out a few mm in length and in width where the tabs go into. They are too tight a fit to just slide in as standard, and Lee and myself took the carbon bellypan off a few times to dremel out the slots a bit. Not a problem, just time consuming, but it needs to be done if anyone else has or is thinking about buying the belly pan from Zero Limits. The slots don't have to be neat (they are hidden from view), and we found out that going oversize on the slots pays dividends in fitting it back. Fitting it back is easier than the oem one as its stiffer and better quality, and after redoing the slots, it just snaps into place. The holes that are drilled for the bolts that go into the bellypan onto the frame etc, are perfect and don't need any fettling at all, which, tbh, i thought they would do. Bonus! The last plus on buying the pan from Zero Limits, is that the oval aperture in the bottom is wider and slightly longer, so you can do an oil change without removing ANY plastics at all, inc the new carbon bellypan. Great stuff. I did an oil and filter change while the bellypan was off, and one other thing to note, is that if you get a genuine Honda Oil Filter, a new crush washer comes in the pack. The upshot is that once it's all fitted is that because of the stiffens, it's very rigid and solid... once it's on, it's going nowhere. Also, the thermotec heat reflective matting was fitted anywhere where radiant heat from the exhaust emerges...i.e everywhere! (just incase!) Anyway, some pics: Massive thanks to Lee for giving me a hand in this, as i didn't have a baldy clue how to take the belly pan off, and really appreciate his help and time taken to help me out. It looks very nice. You could always contact them and ask if they'd be prepared to make a carbon Exhaust infill, you could always send them the Yoshi one as a template. That way you'd know the quality and carbon would be a good match!
Could do, but every exhaust has different mounting points, so if i send the yoshi one in, i think the carbon infill will only fit yoshi as the brackets are on the can...
Looks really well that Si love the way it goes black fairing carbon pan, black extension for exhaust then carbon exhaust it breaks it up lovely. Really sets the carbon frame covers off to!

Your belly pan is Navy isn't it ? Im sure you can buy replacement stickers for the Repsols .. I think it would look Mega mate
I'd be cautious about messing with a repsol or HRC if he comes to it though I suppose he could always put the oem back on and its job done, the belly pan stickers forva repsol are £5-£10 delivered off eBay!
