    Hi guys!

Having fitted some pro-fibre carbon frame protectors last year, Im now considering removing them and replacing with R&G heel protectors.

Question is, has anyone had experience with removing these?
I used black silicon to install, just worries what kind of mess I'm going to find when I remove them
What's best to use to remove the silicon from the frame?

    Cheers
    Hedges

Wd40 works a treat and wont harm the finish, remove a much silicone as poss, soak with WD40 wait a while and it should come off pretty easy(use a plastic scraper). There are specific silicone removers available, not sure of chemical contents though.
