I got those on mine mate , They dont fit perfectly leaving a slight gap but only you will know they are there as its well hidden . I started a thread on here when i fitted mine and everybody reports the same . loking at the bike you would never spot the gap , They look great especially in sunlight
GB Moto mate as in the link .. Ill take a pic of the Gap and upload a pic now .. Its just me being picky to be honest . I can't find the thread i posted but when i got them i asked if everybody's are the same and they all said yes . You have to bend down and look under them to see it so won't be a problem . Im glad i got them as they look great , Its the little touches that make a bike special
Cheers Dan they look good mate. Just a suggestion can you not pack the joint out a little or add a blob of silicone to hold them in a bit tighter and a bit higher to close the gap ?
They are solid mate ,, No play atall . to look at the bike you would never spot the gap . you have to bend down and look for it . I didnt really have a go at triming it for a better fit which i think would be possible , I just wanted to get them on and get down the bike cafe to show them off lol. I always thought that they wouldnt make much difference looks wise but when i did finally take the plunge i was very happy . Nice bit of bling IMO and shows your attention to detail Get a set mate . you wont be disappointed
I might do as I m very tempted. I think they will sit nice with the CF frame covers I have just bought
Another option.... Carbon Fibre Supplies, Carbon Fiber Sheet and High Performance Carbon Fibre Products - Carbon Mods Make your own this winter!!! Not used their kits before though, but they look good for the beginner! They do mould making kits too, take a mould off your originals then make as many as you want.
I did'nt know Si had them fitted to be honest as not seen a recent shot of Si's bike. Si if your reading this we need some updated shots of the carbontastic Blade please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
