Does anyone know if the 08 cables are the same as the 07? I.e the ends that go into the connection on the throttle bodies??.. are they similar length to the stock cables to the 06 -07?? or longer or shorter? I am fitting a HRC throttle and I need longer cables.. The HRC cables are listed as 08 on. I know the 08 cable ends are the same on the HRC throttle at the handle bar end because this was listed an 08 quick action throttle kit and the 07 cables thread into it... There is no way my stock cables are long enough. I trimmed the width down on the ends so they fit in... I really need to sort this as can't really use the bike like this now I use to have a pile of cables I am sure others would fit but I can't randomly order them £££££ Any advice appreciated I will have to just take a punt and the 08 HRC cables if no one is sure.
