cbr 1000rr 2010 engine shut down

    ive got a 2010 1000 rr racebike that has a slight misfire and keeps shutting down? when i turn off and restart it fine.
    but as soon as i start to open her up it shuts down again
    ive checked tilt sensor removed bazzaz and quickshifter but still got the same problem?
    error code 25 flashs up every time it shuts down but that is only knock sensor

    really could do with some ideas as im completely confussed as to what to do next

    Change the knock sensor then because is sounds faulty.

    what does the knock sensor do and where is it located

    OK I am not a mechanic or even slightly mechanical, but I'm pretty sure the knock sensor checks "knock" when the fuel is burnt and advances or retards the ignition to get the plugs to spark at the optimal time for the fuel/air mix etc. Never heard it described as sensing too much movement, but could well be wrong :)

    Yeah, getting the same problem after swapping the stock exhaust for a Beowulf end can. However, refusing to start for a few hours.
    How did you get the error code rock star and did you sort the problem?
    Can't find anything on YouTube ...
