CBR1000RR-C 62 plate 1650 MILES CAT C NEEDS CLOCK BRACKET, GENERATOR CASING, LEFT HANGER AND GEAR LEVER,TANK MAY GO AGAIN SCRATCHES TO SWING ARM, FRONT WHEEL, VERY SLIGHT TWIST ON SUBFRAME FAIRINGS BUGGERED 2 KEYS AND LOGBOOK This bike is a simple fix, if I have time I may run it at Cadwell Tuesday
Depends on how you want it? Can strip all the fairings etc put new clock bracket, hangers lever etc sell as it is? 5500 upwards
all suspension ok...... just cosmetics ?? and this possible twisted sub frame ?? got a pal of mine on the hunt and me if price is right..........
To be honest it only arrived this morning, looks pretty cosmetic to me. I will get it checked out over the weekend. All suspension looks fine.
Decided (weather permitting) to run it at Cadwell Tuesday, the damage was very light. Replaced the clock bracket, genny casing, left switchgear, left hanger and gear lever. Another Lockset fitted one key the one on it was faulty. Subframe straightened, tank dinted but fine, radiator dinted but fine, front wheel grazed but straight. Fresh oil and a new filter. Bike has been run upto temp Ring Chiswick Honda the bike was serviced in feb with a 1000 mile on the clock.
