CBR1000RR, RED, Many new Parts. Hampshire.

Hi Everyone,
I am emigrating at the end of the month, and although I have put this off as long as possible, but now it is time for me and the bike to part.
It is a stock CBR1000RR in red. I have had the bike just under a year, and put a bit of money into it. She has a new generator and a new regulator, both under warranty for the parts and fitting (Honda fitted). The pads, tyres, battery, chain and sprockets are relatively new; a few months old. There is no extra alarm fitted.
Things that need doing are a full fluid change including brake fluid. Basically it needs a service. When I did the pads, the pins were worn so they definitely need replacing next time.
She was blown over in the storms we had recently (typical isn’t it!) after a year of careful riding. Hence there are one or two scratches, especially on the wing mirror.
Just under 24000 miles. ’05 plate. Part service history, the easy stuff has been done by me. As I am off abroad, she comes with an ABBA stand, a luggage rack that bolts on to the bike under the pillion seat, and an oxford battery charger… oh and the right Haynes manual.

Not seen this one about at Britax, did you used to get upto the Weyhill bike meets?

 

Never quite made it slowr1der. I was told about the meet by one of the 2Brothers, but family life is too demanding at the moment. Maybe when the Kids are abit older and I have some more free time... and the mrs is sick of me

 

Man, i would have gone for this as my daily ride but literally just done a deal on a gixxer! Doh!!

I went to buy the Abba stand and can say that this is one nice clean bike... Someone will get a real nice bike!

 

I write this from My Hotel room in LA... She is now someone's for £3500 ono. Otherwise I'm going to ship her out on the 20th of Feb.
