I have finally got a picture from the recovery people of how my bike/courtesy bike was found at the scene of my accident. Just look how far back the front wheel is!!! Apparently the headstock was ripped right out of the frame! when I look at this I think a broken leg and fractured pelvis isn't so bad. It could have been a lot worse.
Bloody 'ek... That does look a mess. You did well to come off as lightly as you did - If I'd have seen that I would have thought the worst...
