I've been having a bit of a problem with fast rear wheel changes on the race bike. Normally when I change from slicks to wets I change the size of the rear sprocket and this means having to start adjusting the stupid standard chain adjusters.
I was thinking of getting a set of these

HONDA CBR1000 08-12 LighTech Chain Adjuster Kit

However the other problem I am having is the rear caliber is forever falling out when I'm trying to put the wheel back in, its a real pain in the arse so I could get this to solve the problem

But I can only have one without the other, I can't find something that does both. Any ideas of a manufacture that would make something that solves both my problems.

    Its for a 2008 CBR1000RR

The chain adjusters look like a good idea, but a bit expensive.
I change my own tyres, so how do you get the back wheel out without moving the chain adjusters?
If I remove the blocks I still cant push the back wheel far enough foreward to get the chain off the sprocket, so I have to back off the chain adjusters every time.

Normally if you pull the axel out first the wheel goes as far forward as possible letting you take off / on the chain. The great thing about the chain adjusters is they stay in place meaning no fiddling around when putting the axel back in.

Think its crazy if you have to adjust the chain adjusters everytime. First thing you should do when removing the wheel is just pull the axel out meaning the wheel goes far forward and the chain comes off. the same when putting the wheel back in, get the wheel in then the chain then put the axel in. Should be no need to adjust your chain adjusters unless you are changing sprocket sizes.

I have Lightechs on might, they are the best mod you can make for everyday running of a bike.

to get teh rear wheel out simply undo the axle nut, push the spindle out and hey presto the wheel is free. Yes they are expensive but they are worth it.
