Anyone here take their chain guard off and leave it off?? Most track bike dont have them and imo they do look much cleaner and better without.. Any opinions??
This was the only down side i could think of but when using dry chain lube it shouldn't really be an issue, just think it looks so much better than that piece of tacky plastic...
Have a good one, can't wait till 3 i have 60 miles home maybe more the long way If you can't get a col BR chain guard I prefer without tbh
There's worse ways of going to work mate.. I'd be riding through all the towns if I were you then I could my reflection through shop windows.. Damn that repsol is fit
Lol just like you do with your new shiny SP Got asked if mine was the new SP the other day ... Thought a moment .. Then just said YES lol Sometimes its just to hard to explain, 'I should of waited' lol
Rare as hens teeth mate, made by ColinBR a forum member they pop up second hand now and again, and people are badgering him to make more but not sure it will happen This is what they look like
She's off. Your right Matt. Looks a lot cleaner snd tidier. Would defo benefit from a Colin br chain guard . I'll add my name to the list of people wanting one lol. Fitting my arrow Tomoz so bike should sound better. Had enough of the hair dryer now
It could well be rich but as i don't need an mot for a number of years im not worried Its also a very quick thing to pop it back on for an mot...
I'm on the lookout for one too; surely given the member base of the forum someone must work in fabrication of know of someone who could make something of equivalent quality and look to Colin's? It's such a shame Colin no longer makes them!
