Hi folks, Ok so been doing the usual time wasting on the evil bay (spend way too many hours on there!) anyway stumbled across these for a lil over five n half quid.

The above pic is a side by side of ColinBR’s original rizoma grips and the cheap version.

Unlike the rizoma units where the whole handle is machined with a rubber grip piece pulled onto add the grip, these are all rubber grips with alloy sleeves added for looks.

Anyway here is my oem Suzuki sv650s grips before fitting the new ones.

Right so off with the bar end caps on each side.
Then using a small flat bladed screwdriver I pushed it between the grip and the bar (throttle tube on right side) worked the driver all the way round the grip.

Then on went the compressor and out came the blow gun and blew air between the grip and the bar and quick twist n off with the old grips.

Wiped off the old loose glue from the bars, squirted a little brake cleaner on bar and down new grip then slid the new grips into place.

Refitted the bar ends and job done.

Only took about 30mins to complete and well chuffed with result for less than 6 quid!:D

The grips came from a seller called “94racing-ca” bought Tuesday night delivered Thursday morning at a cost of £5.55 delivered. He had a few colours grey, gold and blue.

Below is the listing for the grey version I got, think they should fit the blade without trouble as pretty sure they also have 7/8” bars too.

The grips are sided with the throttle side being larger to fit over the throttle tube.
