All too true, but as somebody who frequently commutes to Dublin for the day with Ryanair I've never had an issue - you live or die by their rules, simple as. End of day if I'm not taking luggage why should I subsidize somebody who is, they is pretty much the ethos of them - and they are pretty punctual and their aircraft fleet is one of the youngest in Europe I believe. I used to pay just under £300 return to Dublin, since Ryanair came along its now about £50 - £60 return
