I might be mad.. but I think they are adjustable aren't they? The Red levers on them adjust the lever distance from bars before actuation ... although this might be a 5 year long misconception LOL

I have Harris folding and adjustable, not cheap, but then I would hate to be braking hard and they snap  cheap is not something I would go for in a brake lever, but that's just my personal opinion :D

I fitted the cheapy shorties on my 09, year on and no issues.
I would buy again given the choice.

i ordered a set for my storm from 'thetwowheels' on ebay after a few mates bought them and they looked ok.
unfortunately they never arrived, after a lengthy exchange of emails.
then, like a plonker, i ordered a set for my sp2... the clutch lever was ok but they sent the wrong brake lever - twice :/
even though i sent them an old lever to match up. the one they sent needed loads filing off it and a spacer either side so it just ended up in the bin.

i also saw an alarming youtube clip of someone's cheap levers failing.....

i must admit though, i do like these - Honda CBR1000RR CNC Adjustable LEVERS Fit Fireblade 2008-2012 Set Short TITANIUM | eBay

tomorrow, i'm off to j&s cos someone said they have some asv in the sale for £60
if theyre still there im having them lol.
also just bought a racefit growler!! neighbours are goner love me! :D

Search the forum for one of the many previous threads on this.
Why do you want to save money on critical braking components?

Loads of people are using these levers now, every person I ride with who has seen them on my blade has gone and purchased them for their own bike straight away. Never heard of any issues with these, you'd need hands like the terminator to snap a metal brake lever in half!!!

I had a pair of cheap shorty Pazzo chinese copies from ebay on my CBR600, the quality of the lever appeared really good but the ratchet mechanism that adjusted the span was made of cheapo chinese metal and the cams wore down to nothing in a matter of weeks. After that it got me thinking that the lever may snap on heavy braking so I bought some genuine Pazzo's. I've got adjustable PP Tuning shorties on my Blade and they feel great.

My wee bro and my dad both got them after seeing mine
Quality is spot on and the ratchets are fine on these ones.
I had pazzos on my last bike so I know what to compare
Them too . the only reason they are cheap is the cost if
Labour and alloy is cheaper. ..that's why airbus source
A lot of their raw materials there ;)
