I bought a red pair of these for my new ZX10R Track bike for £22 CNC Clutch Brake Levers KAWASAKI Ninja ZX10R 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 | eBay They rocked up today and to be honest I'm well impressed with the quality! In fact they look exactly like the Blue Pazzos I have on me Blade which cost me £165!
I have had a set similar to those and they did the job and looked the part. The thing is that the likes of Pazzo are well over priced and the Chinese are using the same grade of metals and are simply copying the proven design .I have just ordered a set of ASV levers but wouldn't be over upset with the copies either.
I'm waiting for a set of these levers, I'm glad the quality is good I was a bit dubious as the price is so cheap.
myself, my father and brother bought all from the same place, top quality levers. people like pazzo spend time and money on R&D then someone takes there lever apart sticks it through a cmm and bam they have the plans for exact replicas. its done all the time in the aerospace industry too.
Ordered some MoTo GP looky-likey Lever Guards now! CNC Pro Levers Guards For Kawasaki NINJA ZX12R ZX6R ZX14R ZX10R Z750R Black BG | eBay
I have the same levers and had an account with Pazzo, they are exact copies. Only thing to check when fitting is that the plunger hole for the brake is usually drilled a little too deep which means even at the furthest setting means that the brake is too close to the bars. Easy solution is to put a small ball bearing or tiny spacer in the hole, works great.
I have the same leavers in black and from the same supplier. Been really impressed with the quality of the machining and their function. Had them on the bike for over a year now and they still look brand new.
No the Chinese send them in a Jiffy bag which has a declaration on saying gift , motor parts and exempt from duty.
Well I've read the majority of those links and most seem to stem from incorrect seating of the Master Cylinder pin! It's easily done as I noted when fitting my Pazzo's, if you don't fit carefully you can end up with the Pin being trapped at 30 degrees off 90 which could then cause (and clearly does do) the pin to jam in on a light application of brake. It's blamed on the levers as this was the cause of the system being altered but could just as easily of happened by simply removing the OEM Lever and re-fitting 10 secs later!
Seen the same locking problem with big brand names on the duke forum. As said it's installation usually to blame. Dont personally know anyone that Has had issues and nearly everyone I know uses them.
