    Hi,

After a minor altercation between me, my bike and the road I find myself having to repair my beloved bike.

I need a few daft odds and sods cos luckily I have a full oem fairing and also run a bodyshop (they're having a full repaint even though they're new and hardly marked)

I require a LH mirror (rh one has a small scuff too)....

How do the Chinese mirrors measure up?

Are they half decent or does anybody have a cheap reliable source for parts ?

    Cheers All

Maybe better to try EBay or Yorkshire Gooner for Honda type as this will pay for itself come trade in time.

Tried eBay..... Shed loads of RH no LH though which is typical seeing as I laid the RH side of the bike down and somehow broke the LH mirror (wish I knew how as I were knocked out cold)

    Yup, RRA mate.

The Chinese mirrors do not have the white LED running light in the front, just an amber indicator.

If you want the OEM led in it, you have to purchase OEM indicator.

The lights are all intact so I could swap them over if need be but I'd much rather fit oem

Might have found one, its £15 but has no light in it and a little scuff which I could have retextured at work if need be

Yea that may be a future option but I just need to get it rebuilt at the minute. The exhaust got shafted too just had to replace that.

    Bike needs

    Set of grips
    Set of bar ends
Internal weight bar for rh clip on
    LH mirror

I've been real lucky with the exception of the mirror, guess its a perk of my job having a body shop to bail me out lol

No rush I suppose broken hand in a cast means I can't really do anything and besides its not as if I'm going out on it in this cold weather haha
